PopLok®
Knotless Suture Anchors

The all-PEEK PopLok® Knotless Suture Anchors provide reliable and reproducible tendon-to-bone fixation. The anchor’s innovative design allows surgeons to adjust suture tension once the anchor is seated in the pilot hole, offering maximum flexibility. A unique suture locking mechanism traps suture within the anchor, resulting in dependable fixation that is less dependent upon bone quality.

The 3.5/4.5mm anchor design features wings that are deployed subcortically to provide secure fixation in the bone. The 2.8/3.3mm anchors provide strength and reliability for instability repairs.

CrossFT® Knotless / Knotless DT
Suture Anchor

The CrossFT® Knotless and Knotless DT are PEEK Suture Anchors that offer controlled tension that is designed to optimize tendon compression. Mini-Revo® and Bio Mini-Revo®
Suture Anchors

The Bio Mini-Revo® suture anchor is a 3.1mm diameter screw-in implant manufactured from CONMED’s patented Self-Reinforced 96L/4D Poly Lactic Acid. The implant is pre-loaded on a disposable driver and is pre-threaded with #2 Hi-Fi® suture. It offers a combination of high pull-out strength and ideal bioabsorbable characteristics for shoulder instability procedures. The unique low-profile instrument set, which includes drill guides, a drill bit, a bone punch, and a self-drilling tap, enables precise placement of the pilot hole and the implant for a reproducible technique.

The Mini-Revo® suture anchor is designed primarily for arthroscopic and open Bankart shoulder repair. Additional applications include other shoulder repair procedures, as well as use in small joints.

Suture Anchor

The UltraFix® MicroMite® Suture Anchor System offers superior holding strength and small size in an easy-to-use system. With an optimal predeployed diameter of 1.5mm, the UltraFix® MicroMite® can be used in various small joint procedures.

The ergonomically designed UltraFix® MicroMite® Insertion Gun makes anchor placement quick and easy for both open and arthroscopic procedures. It allows one-handed insertion and hole marking. Your hand does not block the line of sight and no pushing is required. The UltraFix® MicroMite® Anchor is locked on the Insertion Gun until you release it — no “stay” suture is required. Proper placement and alignment can be checked before deployment. Tactile and audible feedback indicate when the anchor is locked in place.

The Hercules^® Fully Threaded Suture Anchor System features anchors in five sizes (2.0, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, & 5.5mm) for use in a range of soft tissue fixation applications. The anchors are provided sterile packaged, preloaded with suture, and assembled to a Driver.

Hercules^® Knotless Suture Anchors

The Hercules^® Knotless Suture Anchor System features anchors in four sizes (2.5, 3.5, 4.5, & 5.5mm) for use in a range of soft tissue fixation applications. BightForce™ Suture and needles are provided separately. Hercules™ Knotless Suture Anchors are designed with a unique suture channel allowing surgeons to implant, tension, and lock the Knotless Anchor flush to the bone surface. The anchors are delivered sterile packaged and assembled to a Driver with a Suture Threader.

DEXTEN™ Tenodesis Screws

DEXTEN™ Tenodesis Screws are made from PEEK. Available implant diameters and lengths are ideal for common tendon transfers in foot & ankle surgery, such as FDL and FHL tendon transfers. The system comes equipped with a suture loop to whipstitch tendons, a tendon sizer, Ø2.4 x 240mm suture guide drill pins, acorn reamers, and a hex driver.

DEXTACK™ TWIST Suture Anchors

DEXTACK™ TWIST anchors are made from PEEK and are double loaded with non-absorbable, ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene suture. The dual-lead thread pitch design is ideal for achilles repair procedures, with approximately 300 N of pull-out strength.

DEXLOCK™ KNOTLESS Suture Anchors

DEXLOCK™ KNOTLESS anchors are made from PEEK. The anchor design allows for suture or tape tensioning to the desired repair location even after the eyelet is fully seated. The two-hole eyelet design accommodates multiple sutures or tapes for double row knotless repairs, while the dual-lead thread design promotes faster insertion. The anchors provide 500 N of pull-out strength. 1.4mm ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene tape is also available for insertional Achilles double row knotless repairs. The high strength, non-absorbable tape is less abrasive than a leading competitor, features a round-to-flat braid construction for easy handling and passing, and lies flat with no inner core to distribute a consistent, even load over a greater surface area.

SYNDEX™ with Constrictor® Technology

SYNDEX™ with Constrictor® Technology is a knotless adjustable button technology indicated for syndesmosis repair. The implant features a novel, self-locking design to help prevent loss of reduction. The device demonstrates superior fixation under cyclic loading and a substantial difference in load-to-failure compared to the market leader. UNITE Lateral Fibula plates feature specially designed holes to accommodate the lateral suture button with minimal prominence.

DEXTACK™ PUSH Suture Anchors

DEXTACK™ PUSH anchors are made from PEEK and are double loaded with non-absorbable, ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene suture. The compact anchor body design is ideal for lateral ankle ligament (ATFL) repair, medial deltoid ligament repair, and kidner procedures, with approximately 300 N in pull-out strength.
